Columbus CU Visa Changes

Former Columbus Credit Union Members who had a 

Columbus Credit Union Visa® Credit Card

Effective September 26th, all account information regarding your Columbus Credit Union Visa® Credit Card has been converted to a new credit card system and is assigned a NEW credit card account number. The conversion includes moving all old account information such as history and balances to your new account.   

If you are a former Columbus Credit Union Member who had a Columbus Credit Union Visa® Credit Card please destroy this card immediately.

CCU Old Visa

If you were re-issued a new Navigant Credit Union Visa® Credit Card and the account number begins with 4449, please destroy this card.  Some members may have received a new Navigant Credit Union replacement card using their old Columbus Credit Union Visa® account number.

NCU New Visa

If you have not yet received a new Navigant Credit Union Visa® Card, please call the call center at 800-558-3424, press 0 to bypass the automated system and you will be directed to a live agent.  Explain that you have not received your new Navigant Credit Union Visa® Card yet.

There are other considerations you should be aware of. 

  • If you pay this Credit Card using your online bill payment service you will need to update the account number and address information you have stored in your bill payment service.

  • If you would like to manage your account online, you may sign up to do so on the Navigant Credit Union website Visa® page.  Click here.

  • Any automatic payments you make using the credit card will need to be updated with the new Credit Card number.
