Open your Navigant Credit Union Mobile Banking App and tap the “More” tab on the bottom right side of your device screen
Select “Popmoney” then the “Pay Someone” tab. Type in the recipient email/phone
Type in the amount you wish to send ($10 minimum) and
select the account your funds will be drawn from
Tap the “Send Money” button and confirm (or cancel)
You will receive a confirmation screen where you can choose to send more money or view the activity on your current or past transactions.

Open the Popmoney link in the receiving text message
Type your mobile phone number in the field then tap, “Get Started”
Tap “Deposit” button
Enter Bank Account or Debit Card information then tap “Send Code” button to receive verification code to your phone
One you receive the code via text message, enter it in the verification field
Frequently asked questions
No, you need to select “Enable in the Preferences tab of Popmoney. Once this is selected, funds that are sent your way will always go into the account you’ve selected. No action is required.
Members that are not enrolled to receive funds directly to a bank account will receive a text or email message with instructions on how to deposit the payment.
At this time, the mobile app and online banking both provide the ability to view Pending Deposits (To-Do Items). For Online Banking, select “To-Do Items” then Select “Eligible Deposit Account for Funds”
