Navigant Credit Union Hires Vice President of Learning and Organizational Development

SMITHFIELD, R.I. (Feb. 14, 2019) – Navigant Credit Union has added a new member to its leadership team as it continues to grow its presence across Rhode Island.

The credit union announced this week it has hired Sheila Felice as its new Vice President, Learning and Organizational Development. Sheila will be responsible for developing organizational-wide learning and development programs to sustain our best-in-class workforce and strong brand reputation.

Sheila joins Navigant Credit Union with more than 20 years of industry experience, most recently leading the Human Resources & Risk Department at Swarovski Optik North America.

Furtado. “She brings a significant amount of industry experience and expertise, and we are confident her presence will be immediately felt as we continue to evolve the way we work in an effort to better serve our Rhode Island members.” 

Sheila earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Administration of Justice from Roger Williams University, and she earned her Master’s Degree in Adult Education from the University of Rhode Island, where she also served on the University’s Judiciary Board. Sheila also holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Salve Regina University.

Sheila is active in the local community, serving as Captain of the Society of Human Resources Management Legislative Affairs Committee and as a member of the Board of the Directors for Rhode Island’s local Sons of Italy chapter. She also volunteers with Special Olympics Rhode Island and is a former vice president and board member of the Katie Decubellis Memorial Foundation.
